Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Shared Services in the UK. You will lead HRSS operations, partner with senior leaders, and drive strategy across employee lifecycle, data analytics and L&D. The role emphasises compliance, change management and workforce development.

You will manage a team, deliver high-quality HR services, and collaborate with payroll, TA and regional HR functions to support business performance and engagement. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience within a HR Shared Services environment.
• Team management & leadership experience in a HRSS environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience of comprehensive people data management and analysis.
• Project Management.
• Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Resilience, with the confidence to work in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline driven environment
• Excellent time management and prioritising skills, with the flexibility to work to often challenging deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate and influence at all levels; verbally, in writing and via presentations

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR partnering with senior leaders and the HR Shared Services team.
• Oversee delivery of the employee lifecycle and HR processes with continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives and priorities.
• Provide strategic insight using people data, workforce analytics and market insights.
• Oversee Learning & Development strategy, budget and governance.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and governance, including visa/immigration where relevant.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Payroll on recruitment onboarding and payroll activity.
