Job summary

Aquinas College in Stockport is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor (Generalist) to lead and optimise day-to-day HR operations. You will take ownership of transactional workflows and manage the core HR team to support staff across the college.

Working with the Director of Personnel, you will ensure compliant recruitment practices, SCR accuracy under KCSIE, and a high-quality HR service for the whole college. The role is full-time, permanent, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and staff management.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and KCSIE frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of day-to-day HR processes and manage the core HR team.
• Manage general employee relations casework and maintain staff systems.
• Ensure compliance with safer recruitment policies and SCR in line with KCSIE.
