Job summary

Aquinas College in Stockport is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor (Generalist) to lead the HR team and own day-to-day HR processes on a full-time basis (37 hours). Qualifications

• Dynamic and experienced HR professional with a passion for operational excellence
• Ability to manage a team and take full operational ownership of day-to-day HR processes
• Experience in handling general employee relations casework and managing administrative workflows
• Maintain staff systems and ensure compliance with safer recruitment policies and KCSIE frameworks

Responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of day-to-day HR processes.
• Manage the core Human Resources team and keep transactional workflows moving smoothly.
• Handle general employee relations casework and lead administrative workflows.
• Maintain SCR in line with KCSIE and keep safer recruitment policies up to date.
