Job summary

Aquinas College in Stockport invites applications for a full-time Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations and manage the personnel team. You will oversee core HR processes, ensure safe recruitment practices and maintain the SCR in line with KCSIE, while working with the Director of Personnel to support strategic development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing day-to-day HR operations and leading a HR team.
• Knowledge of safer recruitment policies and KCSIE frameworks.
• Ability to maintain and oversee the Single Central Record (SCR) and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the core personnel team and day-to-day HR workflows.
• Ensure safer recruitment compliance and keep the SCR in line with KCSIE.
• Collaborate with the Director of Personnel to support governance and development.
