Job summary

Cloud Imperium Games in Manchester is seeking a commercially minded Senior HR Manager to own UK people matters, report to the Head of People, and partner with senior leadership on ER, policy and compliance. This on-site role leads the People Coordinator and collaborates with teams in Montreal, Austin and Frankfurt to drive people initiatives.

You will own ER casework, advise managers, manage lifecycle with HRIS and automation, keep policies up to date, and use data to inform leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant senior HR experience with a strong track record in ER case management.
• Thorough knowledge of UK employment law and compliance.
• Experience coaching and developing direct reports.
• Data-literate with HRIS and HR tech enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Own all UK ER casework and drive legally compliant outcomes.
• Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business goals.
• Oversee employee lifecycle and process automation.
• Lead and develop the People Coordinator.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR projects with global peers.
