Thermo Fisher Scientific in Paisley is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with leaders, navigate employee relations, and turn people insights into meaningful action within a large global organisation.

You will support the UK Regional HR Function, contribute to UK&I projects, process improvements and organisational change, and collaborate with managers, HR teams and leaders across the wider UK North and Central region.

Qualificações

• CIPD qualified, HR/Business field degree.
• Experience in employee relations, absence management, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation.
• Experience in fast-paced large site or rapid growth.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR concepts.
• Excellent data analysis and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup).
• Ability to communicate with all levels and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Coach managers on the employee lifecycle, HR policies, and talent development.
• Use data analytics to deliver people insights for decision making.
• Support UK HR projects and harmonize processes and policies.
• Manage employee relations issues including disciplinary, absence, and restructuring.
• Apply HR model and technologies to enhance collaboration and experience.
• Provide advisory support to strengthen leadership and work culture.
• Support change programmes at site, regional, and country levels.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and risks for leadership decisions.
