Green Folk is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to take full ownership of the HR function. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide strategic input and day-to-day operational HR support as the sole HR lead for the business.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, support managers across people-related matters, and drive HR best practice throughout the organisation in a autonomous, varied role.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor position.
• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the HR function.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering or a similar operational environment would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Employee relations case management including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence matters.
• Advising and coaching managers on employment law, policies and procedures.
• Managing recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
• Preparing contracts, offer letters and employment documentation.
• Supporting performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Maintaining HR compliance and employee records.
• Reviewing and improving HR policies, processes and procedures.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.

We're recruiting an HR Business Partner for a well-established manufacturing business, offering a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the HR function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll act as the sole HR lead for the business, providing both strategic input and day-to-day operational HR support.
