Job summary

LIPTON Teas is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Trafford Park site leadership team. You will turn business priorities into a clear people agenda, partnering with the Site Director and leaders across employee relations, workforce planning, talent and change.

You will lead collective pay negotiations, ensure legally compliant outcomes and drive organisational transformation in a manufacturing environment behind iconic tea brands.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partner experience in a complex manufacturing, industrial or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations, collective consultation and industrial relations.
• Proven experience partnering recognised trade unions and employee representatives.
• Hands-on experience of collective pay negotiations and annual pay review activity.
• Experience translating operational priorities into a site people strategy and workforce plan.
• Experience leading organisational change and supporting business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Shape the site people agenda by aligning priorities with site strategy and transformation goals.
• Lead employee and industrial relations, including collective negotiations and evidence-based proposals.
• Build capability and lead change with workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and succession.
• Coach leaders to strengthen performance conversations, accountability and inclusive leadership.
• Collaborate with P&O Centres of Excellence on wider UKI or global projects.
