Location: UK (Must permanently live in the UK & have the right to work without restrictions to apply for this role), with the ability to commit to at least 1 day per week at our Twinkl HQ in Sheffield
Annual Salary: £50-60k per annum, depending on experience
Hours of work: 37.5hrs per week
Contract: 12 month fixed term

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support and work closely with senior leaders to ensure that our people strategy aligns with business goals and fosters a high-performance, engaged workforce.As we continue to scale, this will role is critical in driving HR initiatives, supporting leadership and ensuring employees have the tools, resources and development opportunities to thrive.
In addition to partnering with business leaders, this role will also line manage the HR administration team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR service delivery.
