Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Analyst to address complex challenges within our Global Central Operations HR team. This role involves transforming workforce data into strategic insights, partnering with leadership to shape workforce strategies, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end analytics solutions for HR challenges, from problem definition to implementation.
2. Drive decision-making through sophisticated analysis and storytelling.
3. Design and implement scalable solutions using SQL transformations.
4. Develop and present strategic recommendations to leadership, including VP level.
5. Promote data quality and analytical best practices organization-wide.
6. Mentor team members in business analysis and technical skills.

Daily Activities

Engage in workforce analytics, present findings to senior HR stakeholders, collaborate with technical teams to enhance data platforms, mentor junior analysts, and align global HR solutions with regional needs. This role combines technical expertise with strategic influence, fostering relationships across HR leadership, regional partners, and technical teams.

Team Environment

Embedded within our global HR Business Partnering team, supporting over 100 HR Business Partners across 40+ countries. Your insights will impact thousands of employees and leaders worldwide, working alongside analytical colleagues to ensure decisions are data-driven and impactful.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL queries and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to define requirements and derive insights from data.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and making business recommendations.
• Background in financial or business analysis.
