Job summary

Mission Search is recruiting a Senior HR Officer for a national charity with a strong purpose. You will be an HR adviser across the organisation, handling employee relations and advising managers on people issues.

You'll lead end-to-end recruitment, contribute to policy development and People & Culture projects, and support flexible remote working across the UK while maintaining a practical, solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across Employee Relations.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience advising and coaching managers on people issues.
• Track record of using early intervention to resolve workplace challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice across the organisation and support managers.
• Manage employee relations caseload including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and support interview and selection processes.
• Contribute to policy development, manager training and day-to-day People & Culture activity.
