Job summary

Mission Search is partnering with a fantastic national charity to recruit a Senior HR Officer. You'll be a trusted HR adviser across the organisation, focusing on Employee Relations, supporting managers and colleagues with investigations, disciplinary matters, and performance issues.

You'll lead end-to-end recruitment, contribute to policy development and People & Culture projects, and promote early intervention and constructive, solution‑focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across Employee Relations.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience advising and coaching managers on people issues.
• Proven ability to use early intervention and informal resolution.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Confident handling sensitive and challenging situations.
• Pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to HR.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice to managers and colleagues.
• Lead on end-to-end recruitment across the organisation.
• Advise on investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters.
