Senior HR Advisors / People Partners in Hampshire

I have an urgent requirement for an HR professional to support a not-for-profit organization on a temporary basis, starting towards the end of June.

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a solid background in HR & ER, ideally in regulated and safeguarding environments.

Responsibilities

1. Providing high-level advice, support, and guidance.
2. Expertise in employee relations and managing complex staff relations casework, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and long-term absences.
3. Understanding and application of HR policies, best practices, and employment law.
4. Coaching managers on recruitment, employee relations, staff welfare, performance, and absence management.
5. Experience with TUPE would be advantageous.
6. Experience with HR systems, including maintenance and reporting.
7. Role based in South Hampshire, with some travel to operational sites.

The Offer

• Initial 2-3 months contract with potential for extension.
• Work via Hays on a weekly timesheet basis.
• On-site in Fareham, with some travel to sites in Hampshire and nearby counties.
• Preferably around 4 days per week on-site, but flexible options (e.g., 3/2) are considered.
