Associate Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services

Lutine Bell is a growing Recruitment Consultancy based in Sussex. We work with financial services companies across the UK & Europe, providing senior recruitment solutions in Audit, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Legal sectors.

Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Audit & Finance, Compliance, Risk & Legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Industry sector / client / candidate mapping and research
2. Approaching candidates & gathering initial information
3. Providing administrative support and diary management for Senior Consultants and Partners
4. Working closely with senior consultants, candidates, and clients
5. Arranging and participating in candidate interviews and client meetings
6. Project managing assignments alongside lead consultants, sharing market intelligence, and addressing challenges or successes
7. Supporting multiple assignments, prioritising roles, and building your network and experience

Requirements:

1. A confident, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial sales professional with resilience to thrive in a competitive environment
2. At least 18 months recruitment experience; experience in the cited sectors is a plus
3. Highly organised, able to multi-task with attention to detail
4. Outstanding communication and presentation skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
5. A team player who communicates effectively, celebrates success, and supports colleagues and the business
