Dawn Meats is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join the Cross Hands site. You will provide on-site generalist HR support to managers and staff, helping to strengthen people practices and workplace culture in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will handle disciplinary and employee relations matters, absence and performance issues, and contribute to recruitment and reporting. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience and strong knowledge of UK employment law are essential.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent HR experience in a high-volume operation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and complex ER cases.
• Experience supporting managers and employees with generalist HR issues.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day on-site HR support to managers and staff.
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations matters.
• Support recruitment and HR reporting across the site.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager on compliance and strategic initiatives.
