Dawn Meats Group, operating as Dunbia in the UK, invites applications for an experienced Senior HR Advisor at Cross Hands. The site employs up to 1,100 people during peak periods, and the HR team supports managers and staff across a busy operation.

You will provide generalist HR support on site, cover disciplinary, absence, attendance, performance and employee relations, and assist with recruitment, reporting and compliance with ETI base code.

Formación

• CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent HR experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and facilitating skills.
• Commercially aware with an innovative approach.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and coach managers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site generalist HR support and guidance.
• Advise and support managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
• Support recruitment and onboarding across the site.
• Prepare management information and reports for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR Manager on ETI base code compliance.
• Support culture, community and charity initiatives.
