Framatome Ltd in the UK seeks a Senior HR Advisor to deliver professional HR support for employees and management at Hinkley Point C. You will ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and industry best practices while partnering with site management on workforce planning, recruitment, performance, and wellbeing.

The role covers employee relations, onboarding, compliance, talent & performance, engagement, health and safety, and HR data management on a major construction site.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience; Level 7 desirable.
• Significant HR advisory experience in a construction/engineering/infrastructure environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Evidence of continued professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to managers on employee relations matters; manage disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance issues.
• Conduct investigations and support formal hearings; promote compliant people management.
• Support recruitment for site employees and onboarding to ensure compliance.
• Monitor workforce requirements and liaise with partners; support visa processes where required.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and contracts; maintain HR records.
• Support performance reviews, development planning and succession planning; coach managers.
• Promote wellbeing, engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion; support retention initiatives.
• Promote health and safety culture with site management; ensure HR practices comply with safety legislation.
• Maintain accurate HR systems, records and reporting; analyze workforce data and drive improvements.
