Job summary

Framatome UK is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our team on-site at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater. You will deliver professional HR support to Framatome Ltd employees and management, ensuring compliance with employment law, policies, and best practices.

You will partner with site management to support workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, wellbeing, and inclusion, while promoting a safe, productive working environment on a major construction site.

Qualifications

• Significant HR advisory experience in a similar operational environment such as construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to managers on employee relations matters, including complex cases.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, and performance issues.
• Conduct investigations and support hearings in line with policies.
• Promote fair, compliant people management and maintain relations with unions and representatives.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and visa processes where required.
• Coach managers on performance reviews, development planning, and wellbeing initiatives.
