Job summary

Framatome Ltd., based at Hinkley Point C, seeks a Senior HR Advisor to provide professional HR support for employees and management. You will ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and industry best practices while partnering with site management on workforce planning, recruitment, performance, wellbeing, and a safe working environment.

The role covers employee relations, resourcing, onboarding, compliance, talent and performance, and engagement initiatives to drive a positive culture

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience (Level 7 desirable)
• Significant HR advisory experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or a similar operational environment
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
• Evidence of continued professional development

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to managers on employee relations matters, including complex cases.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, and performance issues.
• Conduct investigations and support formal hearings in line with company policies.
• Promote fair, consistent, and legally compliant people management.
• Maintain positive relationships with employee representatives, trade unions, and the industrial relations team.
• Resolve workplace disputes and ensure employee relations policies remain compliant and up to date.
