  • HR Policy & Process
    • You will develop and implement template HR policies & procedures and create bespoke materials with essential information, guidance and best practice.
  • HR Consultancy Services
    • You will lead on a wide variety of consultancy services to member organisations such as support and advice with restructure, policy reviews, short life working groups, and job evaluations to name just a few.

From time to time, when supporting governing body members, we need to adapt to their availability, which can be outwith normal office hours.

What you will need to succeed

  • A relevant higher education qualification combined with recent practical experience of managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Practical HR knowledge and skills with the ability to apply these to a variety of different situations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures with a working knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Experience in delivering bespoke training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to present information in various formats and easily build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to work out with normal office hours as required to carry out member support.
  • Full driving licence, access to a car and willingness to gain business insurance on your car.
