An NHS organization is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves managing complex casework, supporting leadership, and driving policy development. Candidates must possess a relevant postgraduate diploma and HR advisory experience, contributing to a transformative HR environment across health services.
Job summary
We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join us for a period of 6 months to support the HR Advisory Service to embed and deliver a recenttransformation and support the HR Advisory agenda post an exit from a Joint Venture Service arrangement.
This role will support the management and direction of workflow and processes within the HR Advisory Service, supporting the team with complex casework and employee related concerns. This role will work closely with leaders and managers across the Trust and support the Head of HR Advisory Service with specific policy, training, development and other work streams/projects.
It is Trust policy that for posts that are for a time limited period, applicants who are currently employed by an NHS organisation will only be appointed on a secondment basis and should have approval from their line manager this is possible before applying. Applicants who are not employed by an NHS organisation, will receive a fixed term contract.
