Job summary

Creative Support in Grimsby, Lincolnshire seeks a Senior Housing Support Worker to provide person-centred practical and emotional support. You will lead a team, manage a caseload, and contribute to tenancy support and community integration.

The role requires supervisory experience, a clean UK driving license, and experience with housing-related support needs. Hours are full-time, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• A clean, valid UK driving license with access to a car.
• Supervisory experience in a care/housing support setting.
• Experience supporting people with housing-related support needs.

Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of people you support with individualized, outcome-focused practical and emotional support.
• Work with support plans to help tenancy support, work readiness, community integration and independent living skills.
• Oversee other support workers’ cases to ensure positive outcomes and contract requirements.
• Support senior staff in planning and delivering smooth service operations, including supervisions and rota planning.
