Creative Support Limited in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, seeks a compassionate Senior Housing Support Worker to join our friendly team. You will hold a caseload and provide person-centered practical and emotional support while collaborating with senior staff to lead the service.

The role requires a warm, proactive approach, excellent written and verbal communication, and a clean UK driving license with access to a car. This is a full-time position with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Hold a caseload of people you support with individualized, outcome-focused practical & emotional support.
• Must have a clean, valid UK driving license with access to a car.
• Supervisory experience is essential.
• Experience supporting people with housing-related support needs.

Responsabilidades

• Hold a caseload of people you support, providing individualized, outcome-focused practical & emotional support.
• Work in line with support plans to help people succeed in tenancy, work readiness, community integration, independent living, finances, health & wellbeing.
• Oversee other support workers’ cases, ensuring positive outcomes, timelines and contract requirements.
• Assist senior staff in planning and delivering service operations (supervisions, rota planning, assessments & devising support plans).
