This is a role with a Birmingham law firm within their Housing team.

A national law firm.

Description

You would be joining the Real Estate team focusing on clients within the Housing sector - this could include developer clients, Housing Associations and other providers.

The role would focus on non-contentious Housing work such as sales of properties. The work would include site set up, new build sales and other associated transactions such as lease extensions. There will be the opportunity to get involved in varied non-contentious property work.

The team is looking for somebody with strong residential experience in the Housing sector.

The firm has a leading presence within the Housing sector so you would be joining a national team with a strong client base.

The firm operate a hybrid working model.

Profile

It's likely that you will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive or licenced conveyancer with at least 5 years' experience and with a good knowledge of the Housing sector and acting for clients in this area.
