Job summary

Hyde Group is seeking a Housing Manager (Supported Living) to lead a regional team across Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham and occasional travel to Chichester. The role focuses on safe, well-maintained schemes and helping customers maintain independence and quality of life.

You will drive housing management excellence, oversee performance, and collaborate with partners to deliver compassionate, person-centred services for residents with additional needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housing management and tenancy management, ideally within supported housing or a related environment.
• Proven staff management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Proactive mindset and passion for delivering excellent customer-focused services for people with additional needs.
• Ability to coordinate activity across multiple schemes, analyse data, monitor performance and engage effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a regional team of Supported Housing Officers and set objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of enhanced housing management across schemes.
• Maintain service standards through checks, reporting and improvement activity.
• Support compliance, safeguarding, health and safety and risk management.
• Build relationships with care providers, partners and local services to support independence.
