Seetec Group Ltd. in Brighton is seeking a Senior Accommodation Support Officer to lead and support our team in helping people within the criminal justice system secure stable accommodation and move toward independent living.

You will supervise Accommodation Support Officers, manage a small caseload, monitor KPIs and drive service improvements, while building strong stakeholder relationships. The role is full-time (37 hours), permanent, with a salary of £28,000–£32,668 per annum and a benefits

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of housing legislation and options.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Criminal Justice System workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accommodation Team Manager in service improvement.
• Provide specialist housing advice to participants.
• Deliver workshops to develop standards of practice.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage a small number of complex cases.
