Connect2Hackney, the internal talent team for the London Borough of Hackney, is seeking a Capital Project Manager to lead multi-million-pound capital works from inception to post-completion within PAM. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to exemplary quality standards while managing risks and compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Professional qualification in project management or contract administration desirable.
• Strong knowledge of housing stock standards and building regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end capital projects across all RIBA/Council stages, with compliance to Housing Asset Management Strategy and regulations.
• Act as Contract Administrator for framework call-offs and contracts; manage mini-tenders, instructions, and site meetings.
• Oversee spend profiles, fee expenditure, variations, and final accounts with Quantity Surveyors; ensure KPI reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage residents and stakeholders to drive on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.
