Lovett Care Limited seeks a dedicated Head Housekeeper for Eden Manor in Carlisle. The role oversees cleaning standards, manages the housekeeping team, and ensures high hygiene and safety levels for residents in a 80-bed care home. 40-hour contract with 08:00–16:30 shifts and alternate weekends.

The successful candidate will lead cleaning operations, promote best practice, and contribute to a warm, well-maintained environment across the home.

Formación

• Background in commercial cleaning in hotel, care or hospital.
• Experience managing a housekeeping team.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Experience with COSHH auditing and stock control.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the Home’s housekeeping standards.
• Undertake general cleaning tasks.
• Oversee and supervise the housekeeping team during shifts.
• Promote best practice and ensure a safe working environment.
• Complete orders per policy and manage deep cleaning schedules.
• Safeguard welfare of adults and residents set to contact the post holder.
