Job summary

Sandwell Children's Trust in Oldbury is seeking an inspirational House Project Lead and Registered Service Manager to lead the national House Project model and our Ofsted-registered supported accommodation service. You will shape a child-centred approach and work with young people, families and partners to deliver safe, nurturing homes.

Qualifications

Qualification in social work with experience of working with children and young people in social care, education or youth work.
Experience with children in care living in residential homes or supported accommodation.
Understanding of the Supported Accommodation Regulations.
Experience working with other agencies and professionals (statutory and voluntary).
Strong communication and influencing skills with young people.

Responsibilities

Lead and further develop the House Project and ensure delivery of positive outcomes for care-experienced young people.
Act as Registered Service Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality support.
Provide strategic leadership, partnership building and safeguarding across the service.
