Criterion Hospitality Ltd is seeking a hands-on Hotel Rooms Refurbishment Project Manager to lead bedroom and public-area upgrades across the Criterion Capital and Criterion Hospitality hotel portfolio. You will oversee audits, specifications, procurement, budgeting and delivery while minimising guest disruption and maintaining room availability.

You will manage FF&E schedules, source and tender suppliers, create sample rooms to fix specifications and build the refurbishment budget for both

Qualifications

• 15+ years' project management experience in hotel refurbishments or fit-out.
• Proven delivery of refurbishments in live, operating hotels (rooms and public areas).
• Track record with branded and independent hotels and with owners/asset managers.
• Background in construction, project management, quantity surveying, architecture or interior design.
• Organised, hands-on and decisive; proficient in project-tracking and construction management software.

Responsabilités

• Audit FF&E and space, develop schedules and budgets for refurbishments.
• Procure and tender suppliers, balance quality, lead times and cost.
• Define room and public area refurbishment costs and consolidate into a master budget.
• Plan room release strategy and phased programme with contingency plans.
• Oversee snagging, handover, and post-completion defects liability processes.
• Weekly reporting to ownership and senior management on progress, budget and risks.
