Job summary

Permanently Unique Group in Salford is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Operations Manager to lead a busy venue and deliver a unique guest experience aligned with the owners vision.

You'll inspire your team during peak service, demonstrate strong operational capability in high-volume environments, and use SevenRooms to manage bookings while tailoring service to individual guest needs. You will mentor junior staff and uphold impeccable standards with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in busy hospitality settings.
• Strong customer service ethos with attention to detail.
• Experience managing high-volume service periods.
