Job summary

Fresh Horticultural Careers in Greater London is seeking an experienced horticultural maintenance supervisor to lead a small team delivering high‑quality garden and grounds care. You will perform mowing, strimming, pruning, planting, mulching, watering and seasonal planting, with occasional turf laying and landscape installation tasks.

A full driving licence and good communication are essential; a company vehicle and mobile are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous horticultural maintenance experience is essential.
• Experience leading a team.
• PA1 PA6 desirable.
• Hort qualified.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Team player.
• Good communication skills written and verbal.
• Well presented.
