No previous care experience is required; full funded training is provided. You’ll need a valid UK driving licence, empathy, and a flexible approach including alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• Empathy and caring nature required.
• Strong people skills and ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily routines in clients' homes.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in conversations to promote wellbeing.
• Help with mobility and basic tasks as required by care plans.
