Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to help people stay independent and comfortable in their own homes. You will provide personal care, support with daily tasks, and reassurance when it matters most.

We offer fully funded training, flexible full-time contracts, and generous incentives including up to £14.70 per hour plus mileage. A driving licence is required and sponsorship is not available. Help shape high-quality care across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months previous care experience.
• Good people skills and compassion.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to work alternate weekends.
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
• Support clients with daily routines and medication.
• Mentor new team members.
• Occasionally carry out spot checks and supervisions to help maintain high standards of care.
