Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Andover to provide high-quality personal and domestic care in clients’ homes. You will support fellow care workers, conduct spot checks, and build strong relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months care experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am–10pm and alternating weekends.

• Support and mentor new members of the care team.
• Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain care standards.
