Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Senior Home Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' own homes around Witney.

You will support daily routines and medications, mentor new team members, and conduct spot checks to uphold care standards. A full UK driving licence is required, sponsorship is not available.

The role comes with fully funded training and a flexible full-time contract, earning up to £14.70 per hour plus 32p per mile.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months previous care experience
• Good people skills and compassion

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality person-centred care to clients in their own homes

• Occasionally carry out spot checks and supervisions to help maintain high standards of care
