GAP Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Hoist Engineer to service, install, and maintain our fleet of Geda construction hoists across a defined region. Based from a home depot, you will travel to depots and customer sites to keep equipment hire ready and downtime to a minimum.
This hands-on, mobile role requires strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, a full driving licence, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.

We're looking for a skilled and flexible Regional Hoist Engineer to support our high performing Lifting division. If you're experienced in hoist maintenance, enjoy variety in your work, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
Based from a \"home\" depot, you'll work across a defined region, supporting multiple GAP depots and customer sites as required. You'll provide additional fitting resource where demand is highest, helping to reduce downtime, clear backlogs, and keep equipment hire ready across the region. You'll also be responsible for installing, dismantling and maintaining our hire fleet of rack and pinion (Geda manufactured) construction hoists.
This is a hands on, mobile role that plays a vital part in maintaining operational efficiency and high standards across the business.
