Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic HLTA to join a SEN primary school in Barnet, North London. The role focuses on supporting children aged 2-11 with complex needs, including autism, PMLD and SLD, within a nurturing setting.

You will work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to deliver tailored activities, lead small groups, and help ensure an inclusive classroom that supports diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or higher-level qualification.
• Experience supporting SEN pupils, ideally in specialist setting.
• Patient, caring and proactive approach.
• Confidence leading small groups and supporting differentiated learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
