Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Director in developing and implementing a new operating model.
• Lead strategic service transformation and plan for in-house delivery.
• Oversee review of highways contracts and procurement activity.
• Apply extensive experience of both in-house delivery and contracts.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop practical service delivery arrangements.
• Ensure transformation aligns with economic growth, road safety and sustainability.
• Prepare for expiry of current WSP and Volker contracts in 2029.
