As a Highways Technical Lead, you will steer complex design work, mentor engineers, and shape technical delivery to ensure safety, quality and performance across schemes that impact millions of people.

You will collaborate with clients such as National Highways, Transport Scotland and major partners, helping drive digital engineering innovation and smarter ways of working while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering design activities within highways or related infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of highways design and relevant industry standards such as DMRB or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience delivering projects within multidisciplinary engineering environments.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and technical excellence.
• Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or IEng or equivalent professional accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead or influence engineering design delivery on highways and transportation projects.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary project teams.
