Qualifications

• Experience leading highways/transport infrastructure design activities.
• Strong knowledge of highways design standards (DMRB or equivalent).
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical voice on complex highways schemes and programmes.
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams across projects.
• Shape technical delivery and drive quality across multiple schemes.
• Collaborate with clients such as National Highways, Transport Scotland and authorities.
• Promote digital engineering innovations and smarter ways of working.
