Neath Port Talbot Council's South Wales Trunk Road Agent (SWTRA) in Coryton seeks an experienced Highways Network Operations Manager to lead network management and resilience delivery. The role focuses on strategic leadership across the network and deputising as required.

You will oversee incident management, resilience planning and major event coordination, ensuring safe, reliable journeys across the South Wales trunk road network.

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Manager (Network Operations and Resilience) and deputise as necessary in SWTRA’s network management.
• Provide leadership and operational guidance to the Network Management team to achieve delivery objectives.
• Promote, develop and manage the agent to deliver high-quality network management services for safe, reliable journeys.
