Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Principal Consultant or Associate in Leicester to lead the management and delivery of highways and infrastructure projects. You will oversee scope, programme, budget, resources and risk while providing technical direction and design assurance.

The role requires a strong civil engineering background and senior client contact capability, with hybrid working in the UK. Travel to project sites will be needed as required.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline andICE/CIHT membership eligibility.
• Experience delivering highways and development infrastructure projects with strong scope, programme, budget, risk and client expectations.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client/sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of residential, development-related and strategic infrastructure projects from scope to delivery.
• Provide technical direction, design review and challenge to ensure buildable, compliant solutions.
• Mentor engineers and technicians, develop team capability and pursue repeat business opportunities.
