Waterman Infrastructure & Environment is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead highways and infrastructure design projects for local authorities and private clients across the UK, delivering designs from feasibility through construction with a focus on quality and sustainability.

You will check designs against DMRB, Manual for Streets and LTN 1/20, mentor junior engineers and support delivery under NEC3/NEC4 contracts in a collaborative, hybrid work environment that supports professional

Formación

• Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
• Working toward IEng/CEng status.
• Proven highways/infrastructure design experience in UK.
• Knowledge of DMRB, Manual for Streets, and LTN 1/20.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver highways and infrastructure designs from feasibility to construction.
• Lead packages of work and check designs to UK standards.
• Mentor graduates and junior engineers.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities and stakeholders.
• Support NEC3/NEC4 contracts and change control.
• Liaise with contractors and site teams during construction.
