Steer is seeking an experienced highway design professional for our UK team in London or Leeds. You will work on urban streets and major developments, delivering safe and attractive public spaces through technical excellence and collaborative delivery.

You will use AutoCAD and Civils 3D, contribute to multi-disciplinary projects, and develop project management skills while liaising with clients and stakeholders to reach successful outcomes.

Qualificações

• Uphold highway and public space design standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver schemes.
• Balance technical delivery with social and political context.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake highway and public space design using highway engineering skills.
• Prepare drawings and reports with AutoCAD and Civils 3D for varied audiences.
• Develop project management skills as responsibilities grow.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external subconsultants.
• Provide clients with high-quality deliverables and stakeholder liaison.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
