Job summary

You will work closely with the Driver Administrator, assess drivers, provide feedback, and ensure training compliance across container transport operations. The role requires flexibility to align with varied driver shifts and workloads.

Qualifications

• Proven history as an experienced HGV1 (Class 1) driver.
• Practical understanding of container transport and distribution operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to assess needs and give feedback.
• IT proficiency with electronic reporting platforms.
• Flexible with varied driver shift patterns and workloads.

Responsibilities

• On-the-road assessments and in-cab instruction to promote best practices.
• Coach drivers in defensive driving, fuel economy, and safe vehicle use.
• Plan and deliver classroom-based training for JAUPT-approved Driver CPC curriculum.
