Job summary

Meraki Talent partners with a leading global investment bank in London to strengthen its Execution Trading capabilities. We seek Associates to junior Directors with strong experience in high-frequency execution, electronic trading and managing institutional client flow across liquid markets.

You will work with trading, sales, quantitative and technology teams to deliver efficient execution and manage risk. This is an established international trading franchise offering access to global liquidity

Qualifications

Experience in execution trading or high-frequency trading within a major bank or broker-dealer.
Strong understanding of market microstructure and transaction costs.
Proven ability to manage institutional trading flow in fast-moving markets.

Responsibilities

Execute high-volume, time-sensitive institutional order flow across liquid markets.
Monitor liquidity, order-book dynamics, and execution performance.
Manage execution risk and market exposure within risk parameters.
Collaborate with electronic trading, quantitative, technology and sales teams to enhance strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve pricing, execution quality, and operational efficiency.
Maintain knowledge of market venues and electronic trading structures.
