Cytel, a proven leader in HEOR, RWE and market access analytics, seeks a senior scientific contributor to manage literature reviews, HTA packages, and client engagements. The role emphasizes rigorous methodology, strategic collaboration, and mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates hold advanced scientific degrees with 4–5 years in health research, trials or consulting, and demonstrate strong communication with senior executives in English.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Epidemiology, Health Economics or other relevant scientific field.
• 4-5 years of experience at a minimum in the clinical trials or health research or consulting environment.
• May require additional experience depending on focus area.

Mansioni

• Lead projects (up to 5-6 mid-size) including literature reviews and systematic literature reviews (SLRs).
• Client communication, overall project management and operations coordination.
• Senior-level quality review and methodological guidance to junior team members.
• Conduct HTA-compliant and EU-JCA compliant SLR packages.
• Support business development activities, such as proposals and scoping.
• Line management and mentoring of 1-2 junior researchers.
