Cytel Inc. is seeking a scientific/strategic contributor with broad expertise to lead multiple HTA and literature review projects, acting as the client’s primary contact.

You will guide study design, ensure scientific rigor, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development through proposals and scoping.

Master’s degree required; PhD/MD desirable; 4–5 years in clinical trials or health research; strong English writing skills.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Epidemiology, Health Economics or related field.
• PhD or MD highly desirable.
• 4–5 years of experience in clinical trials, health research or consulting.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Experience with literature reviews and HTA/EU-JCA compliant SLR packages.

Mansioni

• Lead projects independently (up to 5–6 mid-size projects) involving literature reviews, including systematic literature reviews (SLRs).
• As project lead, manage client communication, overall project management and day-to-day activities, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Provide senior-level quality review and methodological guidance to junior team members, supporting capability development.
• Lead HTA-compliant and EU-JCA compliant SLR packages.
• Mentor 1–2 junior research consultants or research associates; collaborate with seniors on business development activities.
