Job summary

Ryanair is seeking a Senior Heavy Maintenance Standards & Compliance Engineer based on-site at Stansted Mountfitchet, England. The role involves overseeing technical standards for heavy maintenance inputs across Ryanair’s fleet and coordinating with contracted MROs and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have heavy/base maintenance experience on Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft, plus working knowledge of EASA Part CAMO and Part 145.

Qualifications

• Heavy/base maintenance experience with Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft types.
• Detailed working knowledge of EASA Part CAMO and Part 145.
• Engineering degree or EASA/UK Part 66 AML qualification.
• Right to live and work in the UK and travel freely within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Carry out independent reviews of technical standards of work at contracted MROs to drive improvements.
• Review customer audit findings and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
• Review safety reports, maintenance errors and near-miss reports.
• Identify trends in reports and take appropriate action.
